1) Remembering, Check in
Moreah ran into someone at Puget Sound Coaches Assn who knows stuff about marketing...
Choose Facilitator, Note Taker, Review Agenda (additions?)
2) Review past ACTION ITEMS
ACTION ITEM: GEORGE will help Moreah get familiar w/ Google Docs at next ITC mtg DONE!!! YAY!!!
ACTION ITEM: DOUG will tell Sura where to put Moreah's "Second Final version for website"email and Sura will tell Joe.HE'S WORKING ON THIS. 1-14- Joe has Moreah's final words for FAQ. DONE, YAY!!!
ACTIN ITEM: DOUG will post internal ITC policies in Moreah's "Second Final version for website" on Google Docs and Moreah can edit as she likes. DOUG WILL LET MOREA KNOW WHEN THAT'S POSTED ON G-DOCS.
3) NCC Mission Accomplishing Celebrations
"EMPATHY GAP INITIATIVE": we sent out request to our whole data base (4000+) to vote for the initiative, going to the Obama administration.
Family Camp...already meetings for 2009...share what's sharable about past and Family Camp
Holly & Elana sent out a survey to trainers @ what kind of trainings people are doing, wanting to do, in an effort to contribute to marketing our trainers.

5) ITC/TC January Joint Gathering
New date being proposed by ITC is Feb. 15.
ACTION ITEM: BARB WILL EMAIL TC TODAY TO SEE IF THEY CAN MEET THE 15TH OF FEBRUARY
IDEAS OF ACTIVITIES: have a fishbowl, share NVC training ideas, show and tell, is there a shared project we could work on that would contribute to our mission, empathy, empathy around money, money ideas, drink Wild Turkey, distribute all the NCC materials that are now in storage in Doug's storage on Vashon, wonder what we want to do, if anything, w/ NCC's $..any ideas?. Ideas for places: Patty's clubhouse, Holly's new training room.
ACTION ITEM: MOREAH WILL ASK PATTY IF WE CAN USE THE CLUBHOUSE FOR THE ITC/TC GATHERING.

Video camera purchase authorized a year ago for NVC trainings, learning. Mel bought it --$800+.
