1) Our Personal Summer NVC Highlights~*
  • Family Camp  Barb:  Sitting with George at Family Camp, hay bale, Rocklyn, George:  Family Camp, Todd, Daily NVC highlights! Doug Family Camp:NVC Live (vs a "training"), The Tweensgang
  • ITC Moreah liked interacting with the ITC.  
2) Choose facilitator and notetaker

3) Welcome new ITC CC member:
                 George is new ITC CC rep until the end of the year,
                  yay!! Welcome George!!!! We're sooo glad you're here!
4) ITC update
             ITC is using Sociocracy more... Also, they've agreed to share the functions, ie: facilitator, ITC CC rep, note taker, etc

5) TC update
             Didn't meet during the summer. Next meeting tomorrow.

6) Review old Action Items
ACTION ITEM:  Moreah will check with ITC and see if anyone wants to put that info (@ ITC circle) on the FAQ page on the website.  
Barb and Doug
will email Moreah"how to join the TC Circle" on the website, by end of Friday, Sept 4. done!!
ACTION ITEM: MOREAH will research having an NCC blog (including on Gmail) 
 
7) Need new webmaster (Pan is working full time for CNVC now)
          ACTION ITEM: MOREAH will contact Pan and find out how many hours per week it takes, how to connect with Madhu, and give that info to Joe Crick, and ask him if he would like to volunteer as our webmaster, or do some of it for $. (Pan was receiving $45 per hour, and volunteering some time)

8) NCC CC members on Google Docs please
             GEORGE will help Moreah get comfortable on Google Docs, he'll bring laptop to next ITC meeting. ;)

9) CC: regular monthly meeting date/time?
          2nd Wednesdays, 7:30 = 9:00   OCT 8, NOV 12, DEC 10

10) NCC Mission-Accomplishing Summer Highlights
          ITC practicing NVC concepts, mock trainings, supporting each other
          Teach for Life Training: 7th Annual training sponsored by NCC
          Family Camp: 4th camp sponsored by NCC. Trainers who come want to replicate it in their communities: ie: DC, S Korea, Idaho 
          Videographer (Dinah Smith) came to family camp, got 36 hours of footage, and is going to make a 7 minute film, and maybe a documentary out of it.
          ACTION ITEM: Barb will email some FC and Teach for Life testimonials to NCC Yahoo Group
