During this 2 hour session we will explore some of the basics of Nonviolent Communication, look at how this applies to our daily lives, and discuss ways that people can continue their learning.

The quality of our lives and our relationships begins with the quality of our communication with each other. We will learn to release judgments of ourselves and others, and to speak more authentically from the heart. We will learn tools to stay centered and in our compassionate nature when we are triggered by someone's words or actions, and to resolve conflict in ways where everyone's needs are met. This six week Nonviolent Communication basics course is highly experiential.

He has brought this powerful practice to communities, schools, court systems, and organizations around the world.

This intermediate NVC learning community will draw on and further develop core NVC skills learned in the Foundations of Nonviolent Communication series, yet will also integrate other approaches to personal development and group interaction. This learning community will engage in a variety of self-connection, interpersonal and system-transformation practices to deepen our embodiment of NVC.

This group will explore group process in an emergent and freestyle form.
